“We have a 19+ year old oriental area rug which was cleaned once several years ago. When the rug cleaner brought it back that time, the white fringe was grey. We were going to replace the rug, but an area rug salesman told us to call Benson’s. We did. They came to pick up the rug (about an hour drive). The rug was just returned looking brand new, as if we had just brought it home off of the showroom floor, with the now white again fringe. All of this was done, as promised, at a very reasonable price much less than the cost of a new rug. Benson’s was a very good investment.”
“I had purchased a beautiful cream colored rug two years ago when I was in my own apartment – unfortunately I had to move in with my dad and his 2 dogs when he was taken ill. I lived there for 2 yeas and my carpet was far from beautiful when I moved out after my dad passed. I actually thought about tossing it altogether because it would never have the original beauty again after two years of constant traffic and dogs doing – well – what dogs do. We had another well known rug cleaner come to our house to clean our large area rug. They quoted a very high price and weren’t sure that they could get the stain out. I called the store where I bought our rug and they recommended Benson’s’s. They came and picked the rug up and assured me that it would be ok. Their price was very fair and the stain came out completely.

“I recently had a very expensive Kravet rug cleaned by Benson Rugs. It is a very light 2 tone color. It had a pet stain on it that we were unable to remove, as well as just general traffic wear and tear. They were able to remove all stains and dirt. I really didn’t believe they could return it to look new, but they did. I highly recommend.“
“I had two large oriental rugs that were mostly navy that you couldn’t see were dirty but you knew had to be filthy. They pick them up hand washed them and returned them 10 days later and they look and feel amazing!!! They feel like different rugs under my feet. Couldn’t be happier and worth every penny! “We used them for years. They clean carpets and furniture. They have a facility where they came and took 3 of our oriental rugs to their facility, cleaned them, returned them and put them back down. They are just fantastic. Their card says family owned operated since 1944. They are an area rug cleaning specialist. They lived in the neighborhood. I didn’t know them except as cleaners but they were our neighbors.”
“We have a puppy; need I say more? He chewed the edges of our custom made contemporary rug and dragged dirt into all of the carpeted rooms. Then there were the potty stains. We tried using a National company; they came out twice & the stains reappeared the next day. Both times. We got Benson’s name from the company that made the rug. Not only were the people we worked with great, the carpets look like new. We were so afraid we’d have to throw out the rug; they saved the rug (and the dog). The BEST results we ever had.
