Benson Rugs Review Contest Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

The Benson Rugs Review Contest (the “Contest”) is open to all legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Benson Rugs, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate. The Contest is void where prohibited by law.

2. Contest Period

The Contest begins on September 1, 2024 and ends on December 31, 2024 at 11:59 PM EST (the “Contest Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter

To enter the Contest, participants must:

1. Complete the feedback form on the Benson Rugs website.
2. Provide an honest rating of Benson Rugs services.
3. Post a review on at least one of the following platforms: Google, Yelp, Facebook (or Benson’s internal post form as directed). Links to these platforms are provided within the feedback form.
4. Submit the completed feedback form, including the link to the posted review, through the Benson Rugs website.

Each valid submission will be automatically entered into a random drawing for a $100 Amazon gift card.

4. Entry Limitations

Only one entry per person is permitted during the Contest Period. Multiple entries from the same individual will result in disqualification.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $100 Amazon gift card each month the contest is active. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution of the prize will be made except as provided at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Proper email contact information must be provided to ensure delivery of the gift card.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. A drawing will be conducted within 7 days of the month until the Contest Period ends. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified by email within 2 days of the drawing. If the potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the notification, or if the notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

8. General Conditions

By participating in the Contest, participants agree to:

• Be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
• Release and hold harmless Benson Rugs, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or the acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of any prize.

9. Publicity

By entering the Contest, participants agree to allow Benson Rugs to use their name, likeness, and review content for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation or approval, except where prohibited by law.

10. Disqualification

Benson Rugs reserves the right to disqualify any participant found tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, or who violates these Official Rules.

11. Governing Law

The Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

12. Sponsor

The Contest is sponsored by Benson Rugs, Inc.
